Teams at Flexport

Manage and grow a portfolio of Flexport clients through retention, strategic engagement, and cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Lead QBRs and MBRs, analyze client performance data, provide supply chain recommendations, and coordinate with Operations, Product, Sales, and Implementation teams. Ensure seamless customer transitions, proactively resolve issues, and independently drive commercial outcomes while maintaining compliance in a regulated industry.

Manage a portfolio of existing Flexport clients, building relationships, driving satisfaction and retention, conducting business reviews, identifying expansion opportunities, and coordinating issue resolution with internal teams. Analyze client performance data, develop knowledge of Flexport’s platform and global trade operations, support seamless customer transitions, and provide proactive, data-informed account guidance.

Support and improve production integrations connecting Flexport with customers and logistics partners. Monitor and triage requests, investigate incidents, perform root-cause analysis, implement code or configuration fixes, and manage support SLAs. Lead technical discussions with customers and vendors, maintain dashboards and knowledge bases, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Solutions teams. Serve as a subject matter expert on APIs, EDI, Boomi, logistics data, and integration best practices while identifying scalable process and platform improvements.
