Execute ocean and air freight shipments from booking through final delivery. Coordinate with transportation and warehousing partners, maintain shipment and client data accuracy, track schedules, resolve exceptions, and communicate cross-functionally. Follow SOPs, KPIs, and SLAs while using operational metrics to identify improvements and ensure shipments move on time. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, compliance awareness, and proficiency with spreadsheet and productivity software.

Manage end-to-end global freight shipments across ocean and air imports and exports. Coordinate logistics operations with carriers, customs, warehouses, trucking, and other partners; resolve shipment exceptions; meet KPIs and SLAs; support client communications; quote and invoice shipments; and contribute to operational reviews, process standardization, and compliance.

An 18-month rotational program across gateway operations, customs, and sales/account management. Participants manage live shipment and client work while developing global trade expertise, AI and low-code automation skills, SQL proficiency, reporting capabilities, and Lean process improvement experience. The program includes certifications, mentorship, performance evaluations, and a capstone project solving a real business problem. Graduates primarily move into account management, with potential paths into automation engineering, consulting, sales engineering, operations, sales, or customs.
