Manage full-cycle recruiting: partner with hiring managers, source passive and active candidates, screen resumes and conduct phone interviews, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and handle initial onboarding paperwork.

Provide administrative support by managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings and travel, screening calls, drafting emails/memos/reports, maintaining physical and digital filing systems, and ordering/managing office and pantry supplies.

Enter, verify, and update alphanumeric company and client data in digital databases; retrieve files on request and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

Serve as primary client contact to answer inquiries via phone, email, and chat; troubleshoot product/service issues; guide customers through portal navigation; maintain CRM records; and escalate unresolved or complex issues to internal teams.

Monitor live tracking systems to follow freight movement, log delays or route deviations, provide real-time delivery updates to internal teams, verify delivery receipts, update tracking databases daily, and work with carriers to resolve missing or delayed shipments.

Coordinate and track shipments, prepare shipping and customs documentation, work with drivers, warehouses, and carriers, negotiate transport rates, and resolve transit delays or cargo discrepancies to ensure timely deliveries.
