Responsibilities include writing tested code, reviewing AI-generated output, creating REST APIs, troubleshooting defects, contributing to CI/CD, documenting systems, and participating in code reviews. The role also includes limited work on legacy C++ and C# Windows applications, with mentorship and collaboration across Product, QA, and engineering teams.

Stand up and lead an AI-forward software engineering practice delivering Flexi’s next-generation web platform. Hire and develop engineers, define architecture, contribute hands-on to coding and reviews, establish engineering standards, and oversee delivery, cloud infrastructure, performance, security, reliability, CI/CD, observability, and cost optimization. Partner with the CTO and Product to integrate with existing C++ and C# systems and ship customer-facing enterprise software for regulated financial services environments.

Manage a named territory to source and close full-cycle B2B software deals into insurance and financial services. Prospect, lead executive discovery, collaborate on demos and contracts, and maintain Salesforce and accurate forecasted pipeline.
