Travel up to 20% for customer engagements and events.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for shared identity, governance, and notifications platform services. Drive user consolidation, identity APIs, access management, notifications, and lifecycle automation. Collaborate with engineering, architecture, sales, and partners to deliver enterprise-ready features, define requirements, prioritize backlog, set KPIs, and support high-visibility customer engagements and escalations.

Lead and manage consulting teams to plan, execute, and deliver complex client projects on time and on budget. Serve as senior client liaison, oversee portfolio financials, risk mitigation, project documentation (SOWs, PIDs, PMPs, Technical Design Documents), drive continuous improvement, and support business development and people management.
