Owns market and customer intelligence, positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, product launches, content strategy, analyst relations, and sales enablement. Partners cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to improve awareness, pipeline, conversion, and market performance.

Engage inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting through calls, email, and LinkedIn. Research prospects, qualify and nurture leads, maintain Salesforce records, meet opportunity quotas, and prepare qualified-opportunity handoffs to Account Managers. The role collaborates with Marketing, Sales Enablement, Business Operations, and Field Sales while developing foundational technology sales and prospecting skills.

Develop and maintain manual and automated UI, API, and backend tests for cloud-native SaaS services. Build reusable testing utilities and infrastructure, execute test suites across environments, analyze failures, and integrate automation into Jenkins and cloud-based CI/CD systems. Collaborate with distributed engineering teams on test strategies, functional validation, regression testing, test data, and environment configuration. Explore AI-assisted automation and support quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
