Drive user consolidation, identity APIs, access management, notifications, and lifecycle automation. Collaborate with engineering, architecture, sales, and partners to deliver enterprise-ready features, define requirements, prioritize backlog, set KPIs, and support high-visibility customer engagements and escalations.
