Leads product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps for enterprise logistics platforms. Identifies AI and automation opportunities, partners with UX and Engineering, conducts customer discovery, owns product metrics, and drives data-informed decisions. The role requires cross-functional influence, executive alignment, complex problem solving, and mentorship of product managers while delivering revenue and operational outcomes.

Onboard and support new 3PL warehouse partners for Flexe’s logistics network. Lead operator communications, capability vetting, legal agreement execution, account data collection, portal training, engagement monitoring, and network sourcing. Improve onboarding processes, data quality, operator experience, and internal KPIs while facilitating referral projects and responding to network inquiries. The role requires supply chain and warehouse operations knowledge, strong communication skills, and proficiency with business productivity tools.

Design, architect, and implement reliable cloud-based software systems that directly impact customers. Collaborate with customer stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver large-scale technical projects from conception through release. Support team growth, promote autonomous development, and build resilient systems using service-oriented or microservice architectures.
