Designs, delivers, and improves global employee development programs, including leadership development, onboarding, skills training, compliance education, and blended learning. Manages leadership program logistics, facilitates workshops, supports learner engagement, collaborates with HR, administers LMS and eLearning tools, and analyzes participation and feedback data to improve learning outcomes. The role also promotes learning opportunities globally and uses AI and emerging technologies to enhance learning experiences.

Manages sales growth across Northern Georgia, Upstate South Carolina, Western North Carolina, and East Tennessee. Responsibilities include developing industrial customer relationships, conducting field visits and product demonstrations, managing distributors, training customers and partners, identifying application-specific solutions, monitoring competitors, maintaining CRM records, and supporting product development and market research. The role requires autonomous territory management, frequent customer interaction, and hands-on product support.

Supports product management, marketing, sales, and operations through customer site visits, competitive analysis, product launches, marketing collateral, reporting, quotes, samples, and product strategy. The role may own product lines, recommend pricing, support new product development, analyze P&L performance, and contribute to continuous improvement. It requires collaboration across teams, customer engagement, technical product expertise, and up to 30% travel.
