Build, deploy, and maintain risk and eligibility models (credit, accident, fraud, behavioral). Manage modeling platform and vendor integrations, monitor model performance and drift, perform feature selection and validation, and collaborate with Risk, Finance, Product, and Engineering to set thresholds and translate results into actionable recommendations.

Lead end-to-end product areas, identify high-value opportunities, build business cases, execute with engineering/design/ops, prototype and ship AI-enabled features, run experiments, analyze impact, and influence cross-functional stakeholders across finance, marketing, operations, and legal.

Manage end-to-end employee benefits programs and support weekly payroll processing for US employees. Administer enrollments, leaves, vendor relations, EDI feeds, monthly billing reconciliations, NetSuite payroll journal entries, and compliance with ERISA/ACA/HIPAA/FMLA. Provide employee support, run benefits audits, analyze plan data, and produce communication materials. Collaborate with finance and external carriers to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate payroll and benefits records.
