Hands-on data scientist owning the full lifecycle of risk models for credit, accident, and fraud. Build, calibrate, deploy, and monitor predictive models and risk scores; manage model orchestration and vendor integrations; detect drift and recommend mitigations. Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Product, and Engineering to set thresholds and translate model outputs into actionable decisions.

Manage end-to-end employee benefits programs and support weekly payroll processing for US employees. Administer enrollments, leaves, vendor relations, EDI feeds, monthly billing reconciliations, NetSuite payroll journal entries, and compliance with ERISA/ACA/HIPAA/FMLA. Provide employee support, run benefits audits, analyze plan data, and produce communication materials. Collaborate with finance and external carriers to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate payroll and benefits records.
