Teams at Flex-N-Gate

Manages assigned customer accounts, serving as the primary contact and building long-term relationships with business stakeholders. Coordinates with internal teams to deliver solutions, tracks account metrics, communicates initiative progress, supports issue escalations, and identifies growth opportunities in collaboration with sales teams.

Provides technical support and programming for manufacturing systems in an automotive facility. Programs and maintains robots and PLCs, troubleshoots software and hardware issues, installs vision systems, develops system upgrades, documents projects, and interprets electrical schematics and equipment manuals. Requires automotive plastic injection molding and assembly knowledge, controls experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently or collaboratively.

Leads and develops the engineering department, directs manufacturing and product engineering projects, and oversees process launches, engineering changes, equipment, quality, cost, and continuous improvement. Manages project schedules, budgets, staff development, vendors, customer requirements, ISO/TS compliance, corrective actions, and manufacturing capability development while ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and profitability.
