Perform shift handover, staff allocation, line release, yield monitoring, quality problem resolution, and lead corrective actions. Use quality methodologies, IPC standards, MPI checks, and yield/RTY calculations to manage line stops and alerts.

Provide administrative and CRM-driven support to the sales team: prepare quotes, create sales orders, monitor pipeline performance, produce sales reports, research opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional communication to help grow revenue and customer relationships.

Lead FP&A oversight for SG&A functions and drive end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and cost discipline. Own governance and reporting for spin-off-related costs, distinguish one-time vs ongoing charges, provide executive updates, ensure SOX and audit readiness, and partner cross-functionally to identify optimization opportunities and support strategic decision-making during transformation.
