Teams at Flex

Supports program planning, cross-functional coordination, project scheduling, budgeting, reporting, executive presentations, metrics tracking, continuous improvement, and shipment follow-up. Coordinates Customer Focus Team activities, resolves issues, and helps ensure customer and site commitments are met. Requires occasional travel to customer locations and experience in manufacturing or a related industry.

Supervise production across multiple manufacturing lines, leading teams to meet quality, cost, delivery, safety, and efficiency goals. Evaluate plant performance, troubleshoot operational issues, prioritize schedules, support process and cost improvements, coordinate with maintenance and engineering, manage expenses, and ensure personnel training, certification, and compliance with manufacturing standards.

Operates plastic injection molding robots and equipment, performs mold changes, starts equipment, adjusts process parameters, interprets parameter sheets, works with engineering resins, and resolves basic process defects. The role requires prior plastic injection molding knowledge and supports production operations at Flex’s Guadalajara Norte facility.
