Support tooling operations by fabricating and setting up metal stamping tools, jigs and fixtures; perform tool testing, tuning, maintenance and repairs; prepare FAI samples; conduct inspections and PM; support DFM, PFMEA and BOM activities; train tooling staff; collaborate with production, IPQC and customers to optimize tool performance and continuous improvement.

Lead EHS for EMEA, develop and implement EHS programs, ensure regulatory compliance, drive ISO 45001/14001-aligned processes, manage incidents and risk, build regional EHS team, deploy HSEMS, deliver training, track KPIs, and partner with operations across manufacturing sites.

Lead design-for-manufacturability (DFM) for PCBA and box-build products: review designs (3D and tolerance stack-up), identify and track DFx issues, run NPI build summaries, maintain lessons-learned database, and coordinate cross-functional DFX reviews to ensure products are manufacturable and production-ready.
