Maintains and improves quality engineering programs in a manufacturing environment. Develops inspection, testing, sampling, data-reporting, corrective-action, audit, and quality-standard procedures. Oversees product and process qualification, evaluates discrepancies and returned products, supports customer quality interfaces, trains personnel, ensures quality data integrity, and liaises with regulatory bodies. Requires manufacturing quality experience, SMT/PCBA expertise, and preferably liquid cooling experience.

Develops and improves manufacturing systems and processes for high-mix, low-volume sheet metal fabrication. Responsibilities include reviewing and creating technical drawings, modeling parts and assemblies, designing structural components, generating bills of materials, programming fabrication equipment, improving processes, troubleshooting production issues, supporting Lean initiatives, ensuring ISO and quality compliance, and providing technical guidance to production teams.

Designs test procedures, automates test execution, performs system-level testing and failure analysis, troubleshoots hardware and networks, analyzes data, and supports continuous improvement for server and rack systems in a manufacturing environment. The role also provides technical leadership, diagnoses hardware/software integration issues, and trains others on Linux fundamentals.
