Leads end-to-end customer order management from entry through delivery, improving on-time performance and resolving delays with Supply Chain, Production, Logistics, Sales, and customers. Oversees order tracking, revenue and delivery performance alignment, process harmonization, automation, SOP adherence, KPI development, and SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash transformation. Requires strong order-to-cash, supply chain, analytics, stakeholder management, and leadership expertise in an international environment.

Manage operational procurement for local and international suppliers, including SAP purchase orders, subcontracting, material delivery follow-up, import and customs processes, purchase-to-pay activities, and vendor returns. The role requires experience with wind gearboxes, SAP MM, supplier coordination, rejection handling, and team collaboration.

Supports internal sales for mechanical power transmission solutions by analyzing customer needs, preparing standard and customized quotations, processing orders, coordinating technical configurations, providing documentation, managing aftersales inquiries, and assisting general sales operations. The role requires mechanical engineering experience, customer focus, workload prioritization, and fluent Spanish. SAP and Salesforce experience are advantageous, while English is preferred and German is a plus.
