The Order Management Engineer is responsible for overseeing order management operations in SAP, developing production plans, coordinating logistics, and ensuring effective communication during negotiations until order fulfillment.

Support import/export operations by tracking shipments, preparing shipping documents, entering import data into SAP, coordinating freight payments, responding to brokers/forwarders, maintaining compliance records, monitoring group mailbox, and assisting the team to meet performance objectives while ensuring customs and export compliance.

Manage the end-to-end order process in a sales support role, handling customer orders, quotations, and ensuring accurate documentation. Collaborate with sales and HQ for a professional customer experience.
