Supports internal sales for mechanical power transmission solutions by analyzing customer needs, preparing standard and customized quotations, processing orders, coordinating technical configurations, providing documentation, managing aftersales inquiries, and assisting general sales operations. The role requires mechanical engineering experience, customer focus, workload prioritization, and fluent Spanish. SAP and Salesforce experience are advantageous, while English is preferred and German is a plus.

Manage commodity strategies, supplier lifecycles, procurement processes, negotiations, savings initiatives, supplier evaluations, and purchasing compliance. Partner with internal customers, procurement, controlling, logistics, and quality teams in a global manufacturing environment. The role requires technical knowledge of manufacturing materials and engineering drawings, experience purchasing cast, welded, and machined components, SAP procurement expertise, English fluency, and travel within Türkiye.

Participate in a 24-month engineering rotation program focused on mechanical engineering assignments. Apply academic knowledge to practical business challenges, develop technical and problem-solving skills, collaborate with teams, and receive mentoring from experienced engineers. The role is intended for an ambitious early-career engineer with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork abilities.
