The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting Flender products, conducting market analysis, developing customer relationships, and fulfilling budget targets through effective sales strategies and reporting.

Manage and grow customer relationships across Western Cape and allocated African markets. Responsibilities include prospecting, full-cycle sales, achieving targets, coordinating product delivery with internal teams, supporting customers, monitoring competitors, maintaining CRM records, reporting performance, participating in customer events, and delivering product training. The role requires industrial gearbox sales experience, frequent customer engagement, cold calling, networking, and travel into Africa.

Support import/export operations by tracking shipments, preparing shipping documents, entering import data into SAP, coordinating freight payments, responding to brokers/forwarders, maintaining compliance records, monitoring group mailbox, and assisting the team to meet performance objectives while ensuring customs and export compliance.
