The Gear Grinder will set up, operate profile gear grinding machines, perform complex grinding operations, troubleshoot problems, train less experienced staff, and maintain quality standards.

Support budgeting, forecasting, KPI monitoring, financial reporting and IFRS-compliant close processes. Manage invoicing, collections, reconciliations, cash flow and product costing. Prepare management reports, support audits, and enter/verify financial data in SAP and accounting systems.

Lead and optimize end-to-end international order flow, coordinating sourcing, import/export compliance, logistics, inventory and deliveries. Manage suppliers, freight forwarders and customs brokers, monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, handle escalations, audits and corrective actions, provide customs/export training, and ensure adherence to company policies and legal/export control regulations.
