Drive customer adoption and success of digital solutions through demonstrations, onboarding, training, workflow recommendations, and proactive engagement. Gather customer feedback and business requirements, document software defects, coordinate resolutions, and collaborate with Product, Technology, Sales, Support, and Operations teams. Develop training materials and customer documentation while representing customer needs in product discussions, testing, and solution design.
