Coordinate and execute store resets and projects: print and audit planograms, manage endcap/off-shelf merchandising, train team members, track labor and fixtures, and communicate plans to store leadership.

Lead and develop store teams while overseeing front-end, convenience/gas, facilities, scheduling, inventory/pricing, project resets, cash management, loyalty programs, and loss prevention. Hire, train, manage performance, control labor and expenses, and ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company policies.

Serve as escalation point for complex HR and leave cases (FMLA, ADA, state leave). Manage cases end-to-end, investigate issues, collaborate with HR partners (Benefits, Payroll, Employee Relations), maintain confidential documentation, and support quality assurance to ensure timely, compliant resolutions and a positive employee experience.
