Develop and maintain planograms using space-planning software, analytics, and visualization tools. Recommend assortments, facings, capacities, and space allocations based on sales and inventory data. Coordinate category reviews and execution timelines with merchandising, inventory, fixtures, signing, and store operations teams. Build validation and reporting tools, support store execution, monitor trends, and improve merchandising standards and planogram accuracy.

Manage company-wide compensation programs across stores, distribution centers, and corporate operations. Conduct market analyses, develop compensation metrics and reports, communicate pay-related information to employees, and collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to align compensation strategies with organizational goals and market practices.

Lead the store’s Warehouse, Freight, and Stocking Teams, overseeing receiving, yard operations, returns, fulfillment, truck processing, stocking, and backroom activities. Recruit and staff team members with HR, while training, coaching, mentoring, and motivating employees. Drive process improvements, task delegation, goal achievement, customer loyalty initiatives, and credit card promotion in a fast-paced retail environment.
