Lead business analysis across projects: capture and document requirements, run stakeholder workshops, analyse processes and data, support roadmap prioritisation, manage delivery from planning through UAT, collaborate with developers on integrations/APIs, prepare documentation and training materials, and act as escalation point for complex requirements and stakeholder issues.

Manage the end-to-end pre-quote to order and renewal process for major accounts, produce quotes, liaise with dealers and internal teams, enter orders, resolve issues, support onboarding and implementation projects, identify commercial opportunities, and share market insights to meet departmental financial and volume targets.

Provide sales and administrative support to the Fleet Sales Director and corporate account managers: prepare regular reporting, process e-fleet uploads, support quotes/proposals/orders/amendments, handle customer and internal queries, monitor business income/units, and maintain weekly activity logs.
