Manage receipt, review, scanning, and delivery of trailing mortgage documents to investors and custodians. Track outstanding items, correct deficiencies, support Ginnie Pool processing, board files for servicing, load and scrub loan data, generate borrower letters, and maintain systems and investor requirement knowledge.
