Leads complex technology business analysis projects from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, release, and maintenance. Elicits and documents business, system, data, regulatory, and risk requirements; translates them for technical teams; and serves as a liaison between stakeholders and software development. Develops roadmaps, validates system changes, writes test scripts, monitors project progress, resolves issues, and mentors junior analysts. Supports Agile teams and produces process, data, reporting, dashboard, and training documentation.

Assesses enterprise technology and information security risks, evaluates controls, identifies gaps, develops mitigation strategies, maintains risk registers and KPIs/KRIs, and reports residual risk to executive leadership. The role governs risk programs aligned with NIST, FFIEC, and industry standards, performs enterprise-wide assessments, validates control adherence, supports stakeholders, and mentors junior associates.

Manages the full project and software development life cycles for complex enterprise technology programs. Plans, executes, and delivers strategic IT initiatives; develops program tracking, reporting, governance, financial, and compliance processes; identifies resource constraints; and communicates performance, risks, and solutions to business and executive leaders. Facilitates meetings, strategy sessions, and training, resolves problems, manages budgets and metrics, and may oversee talent management responsibilities.
