Reviews fraud detection reports, investigates suspicious transactions, makes risk-based decisions on holds and restrictions, resolves alerts, documents cases, and supports customers and branches. The analyst verifies transactions, manages vendor cases, prepares metrics, identifies fraud patterns, applies mitigation strategies, and collaborates with internal teams on fraud prevention and system improvements while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Leads enterprise technology and information security risk assessments, evaluates threats, controls, and gaps, validates mitigation strategies, maintains risk registers and KPIs/KRIs, and reports residual risk to executive leadership. The role governs risk and control programs aligned with NIST, FFIEC, and regulatory requirements, supports stakeholders, and mentors junior technology professionals.
