Develops and manages relationships with middle-market companies, originates new commercial lending business, structures and closes complex loans, and grows revenue through cross-selling. Leads relationship teams, coordinates credit approvals, monitors portfolio credit quality and risk exposure, creates strategic plans, forecasts performance, and maintains knowledge of market conditions. Requires strong commercial lending, credit analysis, negotiation, financial analysis, and client relationship skills.

Generates deal flow, structures and closes complex loans, coordinates product and portfolio teams, drives cross-sell revenue, develops strategic plans, forecasts production, and oversees portfolio credit quality and risk exposure.

Designs and implements AI- and automation-driven risk management solutions, including machine learning models, anomaly detection, predictive analytics, dashboards, regulatory reporting, and integrated datasets. Partners with risk managers and stakeholders to automate workflows, evaluates emerging AI technologies, documents solutions, and supports model governance, validation, and performance troubleshooting.
