Support customer implementations, onboarding, process improvement, internal tooling, knowledge-base management, operational reporting, and product QA. Translate customer feedback into scoped requirements while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams. The intern will identify automation opportunities, track adoption and account health, maintain documentation, and help validate new releases in a fast-paced, fully onsite environment.

Leads Flagright’s North American partnerships function, owning partner-sourced pipeline and revenue. Responsibilities include developing the partner ecosystem, recruiting and enabling consultancies, system integrators, technology platforms, and industry advisors, executing joint go-to-market initiatives, managing executive relationships, identifying integration opportunities, measuring partner performance, and building a Partnerships team. The role is fully in person in Santa Clara, requires Bay Area residence and U.S. work authorization, and involves up to 50% travel.

Supports global marketing operations through tracker and documentation maintenance, campaign coordination, data and CRM cleanup, reporting, event preparation, content workflows, quality assurance, and process improvement. The intern tracks owners, deadlines, dependencies, and blockers; coordinates deliverables across teams; maintains campaign and event data; tests marketing assets; and helps standardize recurring workflows. This is an on-site role reporting to the Head of Global Marketing.
