Own full-cycle technical recruiting across engineering, product, design, and customer success roles. Responsibilities include outbound sourcing, candidate screening, hiring-manager partnership, interview design, pipeline management in Ashby, candidate experience, employer branding, and global hiring across multiple offices and time zones.

Lead and scale a geo-distributed BDR team: hire, coach, manage performance, run forecasting and reporting, design outbound playbooks and territory coverage, align with Sales and Marketing, and present results to founders.

Lead global financial operations across US, UK, India, and Singapore. Own FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, consolidated monthly accounts, investor and board updates, financial modeling, cash management, intercompany/transfer pricing, audits, and pricing/deal desk. Collaborate with external accountants, tax experts, and lead a distributed finance team.
