Welcome and seat guests, manage waitlists and reservations, monitor wait times, maintain seating flow and restaurant communication, perform opening/closing sidework, restroom sanitation checks, assist bussers/servers/bartenders, and ensure a safe, sanitary guest experience while upholding upscale service standards.

Prepare food to recipe standards on sauté and fryer stations in a high-volume kitchen. Set up, operate, and clean equipment, maintain sanitized and stocked workstations, follow chef and manager assignments, and work cooperatively with team members to deliver consistent dishes.
