Teams at Fix Group Management

The Controller will lead multi-entity accounting operations, financial reporting, close processes, controls, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and tax coordination. This role will optimize NetSuite, build scalable accounting infrastructure, support business integrations, and drive process improvements. The Controller will also lead and develop the accounting team, establish KPIs, ensure regulatory compliance, and serve as a strategic financial partner to the CFO and President.

Own and grow a dedicated sales territory by prospecting, managing full sales cycles, closing memberships, and cross-selling training products to independent auto shop owners. Maintain CRM pipeline records, achieve sales quotas, build virtual customer relationships, collaborate with territory peers, and partner with leadership on territory strategy. Represent the company at events and on-site trainings as needed.

Own member engagement and retention for ~125-150 members: onboard new members, run follow-ups, identify and intervene with at-risk members, facilitate group sessions and events, track onboarding and retention KPIs, and use Asana, Airtable, and Google Suite to maintain records and support team coordination.
