Manage customer onboarding, enablement, support, and relationship health for Google Marketing Platform users. Lead programmatic media campaigns in Display & Video 360, provide platform training and consulting, coordinate implementations and project delivery, resolve escalations, identify cross-sell opportunities, and support presales activities. Maintain product expertise, certifications, documentation, and customer education while collaborating with internal teams and Google.
