Build and operate scalable backend products, modules, data pipelines, and services from design through production. Own API design, data modeling, performance, reliability, and observability, participate in on-call rotations, and contribute to frontend and adjacent work. The role also involves using AI coding tools and may include designing AI-powered product features.

Leads Fiverr’s product design organization, providing mentorship, strategic direction, and operational oversight. The role manages the design pipeline, aligns initiatives with business goals and OKRs, fosters cross-functional collaboration, scales design systems, and drives design excellence across product development. The director also guides the team’s effective use of AI tools while maintaining human creativity and strategic judgment.

Owns brand and marketing design projects end to end, translating business goals, campaigns, and product messaging into compelling visual stories. Collaborates independently with Growth, Brand, Leadership, and Product stakeholders, manages competing priorities, and maintains and evolves brand guidelines. The role requires strong typography, layout, composition, strategic thinking, communication, and hands-on familiarity with AI and emerging design tools.
