Lead the architecture, implementation, administration, and migration of Five9’s Ironclad CLM platform from DocuSign CLM. Design workflows, templates, clause libraries, integrations with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ, APIs, signatures, repositories, and reporting. Partner with Legal, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Finance, and IT to translate requirements into scalable solutions, troubleshoot issues, establish governance, manage change, train users, and mentor team members.

Partner with Legal, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Finance, and IT to deliver scalable contracting solutions, troubleshoot issues, manage change, train users, and mentor team members.

Design and develop global learning experiences, performance support tools, and sales enablement content. Conduct needs analysis, apply instructional design and adult learning principles, support evaluation and measurement, and collaborate with business leaders, subject matter experts, program managers, and learning professionals. Manage assigned projects, explore learning technologies, and create solutions that improve commercial sales capability, performance, and business outcomes.
