Design, build, and run performance tests and realistic workload models for a cloud contact center platform. Develop scripts (k6/Gatling/JMeter/Python), integrate tests into CI/CD, analyze results and observability data (Datadog/Grafana/Prometheus), triage bottlenecks, and apply AI-assisted tooling for anomaly detection and diagnostics.
