Supervises end-to-end payroll processing, tax and statutory remittances, payroll accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close. Leads payroll staff, supports audits, maintains internal controls, coordinates with external providers, and improves payroll workflows through system upgrades and automation. Requires CPA certification, Philippine payroll regulatory knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and experience with NetSuite or similar accounting and payroll systems.

Develop and support highly available, scalable microservices and cloud platform infrastructure for Five9’s SaaS contact center applications. Responsibilities include designing systems on Google Cloud, troubleshooting production issues, contributing to application architecture, and using Docker, Kubernetes, Spring technologies, and continuous delivery practices. The role requires strong knowledge of distributed systems, networking, data storage, security, and public and private cloud environments.

Administer and support Coupa, Ramp, and other finance applications across procurement, expenses, travel, taxation, compensation, billing, and financial planning. Configure security roles, workflows, integrations, reports, and dashboards; manage testing, releases, data quality, documentation, user support, and vendor relationships. Partner with Finance, Procurement, Payroll, Sales Operations, Technology, and InfoSec in a global hybrid environment.
