Administer and support Coupa, Ramp, and other finance applications across procurement, expenses, travel, taxation, compensation, billing, and financial planning. Configure security roles, workflows, integrations, reports, and dashboards; manage testing, releases, data quality, documentation, user support, and vendor relationships. Partner with Finance, Procurement, Payroll, Sales Operations, Technology, and InfoSec in a global hybrid environment.

Owns the engineering tooling and operations roadmap, automates workflows, builds REST API and AI-assisted SDLC integrations, and delivers executive reporting from Jira and Jellyfish data. The role standardizes processes across engineering, product, and technical program management teams, supports program and release activities, improves engineering productivity, and mentors junior team members on integrations, tooling, and AI-assisted development.

Own paid media strategy, budgets, experimentation, and pipeline targets across paid search, social, and programmatic channels. Lead A/B and multivariate testing for creative, audiences, offers, landing pages, and conversion paths. Manage agencies and vendors, optimize full-funnel performance, partner with ABM and sales, use AI and analytics tools, and mentor paid media team members.
