Part-time role building and stewarding church and community partnerships, promoting and training partners on CarePortal, coordinating monthly meetings and events, tracking impact stories and responses, and supporting community collaboration initiatives across the region.

Provide adventure-based individual, group, and family counseling to youth; design treatment plans, document charts and billing, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, act as liaison to community resources, collect demographic data, and comply with ethical and contractual requirements. Role requires frequent travel and regular communication with guardians and treatment providers.
