Develops teams, manages budgets and operational metrics, supports revenue growth, ensures technical readiness, and drives process improvement. The role also oversees complex events, equipment utilization, billing, forecasting, recruiting, training, and leadership development.

Leads audiovisual sales for a luxury hotel or resort property, driving revenue through prospecting, client consultation, proposals, relationship management, and event sales. Partners with hotel sales, catering, operations, and production teams to deliver appropriate audiovisual solutions and successful events. Maintains pipelines, supports forecasting, resolves client concerns, represents the company professionally, and mentors sales team members. Requires at least three years of sales experience, strong relationship-building skills, and working knowledge of event audiovisual technologies.
