Provide customer service, weigh trucks, sample and grade incoming/outgoing grain, maintain records (shipments, settlements, billing, contracts), assist billing and inventory, promote services/merchandise, and support other locations as assigned.

Supports daily agronomy operations by handling, blending, loading, unloading, storing, and delivering fertilizer, seed, crop protection products, and other agricultural materials. Operates forklifts, loaders, conveyors, augers, and tenders; maintains equipment and facilities; manages inventory; completes records; supports customers, applicators, drivers, and sales staff; and follows safety and product-handling procedures. Seasonal extended hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required.

Develop and grow producer accounts by selling agronomy products and services, including seed, nutrients, crop protection, application services, and precision-agriculture solutions. Build crop plans, scout fields, provide agronomic recommendations, coordinate deliveries and inventory, maintain sales and customer records, support field events, and manage orders, invoicing, collections, and customer service. Requires agronomic knowledge, consultative selling skills, and relevant licensing.

Requires agronomy sales experience, agricultural product knowledge, applicable licenses, customer relationship skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Safely mix, load, and apply fertilizers, chemicals, and pesticides per work orders; operate and maintain sprayer/spreader equipment; complete documentation; assist with elevator and distribution operations; manage inventory and customer relationships; maintain required applicator certifications and CDL credentials.
