Originates residential mortgage loans by developing referral relationships, generating new business, interviewing applicants, recommending suitable mortgage products, collecting documentation, and monitoring applications through closing. Maintains compliance with mortgage regulations and SAFE Act requirements, uses Salesforce for referrals and communication, collaborates with bank partners on cross-selling, and promotes the bank through community and professional networking. Occasional travel, evening, and weekend work may be required.

Provides strategic administrative support to the President and CEO, executive leadership, and Board of Directors. Responsibilities include complex calendar and travel management, Board meeting coordination, confidential records and communications, executive liaison duties, presentation and report preparation, action-item follow-up, special projects, and receptionist supervision. The role requires exceptional organization, discretion, communication, judgment, and frequent in-person collaboration at the corporate office.

Leads daily Loan Servicing and Deposit Operations, overseeing service quality, compliance, risk controls, issue resolution, team development, performance metrics, process improvement, automation, technology partnerships, budgeting, and operational transformation. The role manages multiple teams and translates strategic priorities into executable operational plans while ensuring regulatory and internal standards are met.
