Develops proposals, bids on municipal opportunities, supports municipal debt activities, reviews credit and collateral requirements, and ensures regulatory compliance. Provides training and technical support to customers and branch staff, mentors personnel, recommends pricing and deposit strategies, and collaborates with internal partners to expand relationships and profitability.

Originates residential mortgage loans by developing referral networks, identifying prospects, educating applicants on mortgage products, collecting documentation, submitting complete applications, and monitoring loans through closing. Builds relationships with realtors, builders, attorneys, financial planners, and internal bank partners while ensuring compliance with mortgage regulations and SAFE Act requirements. Uses Salesforce and loan origination systems to manage referrals and daily correspondence. Occasional travel, evening, and weekend work may be required.

Manages commercial and industrial banking relationships, including loan portfolios, credit analysis, deposit growth, treasury solutions, business development, and community networking. Advises business owners on lending and capital needs, evaluates financial information and credit risk, prepares credit memorandums, ensures policy compliance, and expands client relationships through tailored financial solutions.
