Lead and maintain Windows and VMware datacenter infrastructures, drive upgrades and migrations, implement automation and monitoring, manage projects and cross-functional teams, mentor staff, ensure 24/7 availability, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Manage end-to-end change and technical release processes for substation enhancements: create and manage RFCs, assess impacts, coordinate approvals, track and report status, enforce SLAs, and drive process/tool automation and reporting with stakeholders and release teams.

Provide on-site desktop support for Windows and Mac devices, install/upgrade hardware and software, manage incidents via ServiceNow, support AV and collaboration tools, configure networking/VPN, perform imaging and asset management, and liaise with technical teams, managers, vendors, and end users to resolve and document technical issues.
