Summer interns receive classroom instruction and hands-on mentorship while installing, configuring, and monitoring trading applications. They work on significant trading operations projects and write software supporting trading operations. Required technical proficiency includes Python, Bash, MySQL, and Linux. The program also provides a sign-on bonus and corporate housing.

The role requires precise multitasking and communication in a fast-paced, time-sensitive trading environment. It is fully in-office in New York City five days per week and follows market hours.
