Teams at Five Points Nursing and Rehabilitation

Supports the facility’s business office and revenue cycle functions by assisting with accounts receivable, billing, insurance claims, deposits, resident trust funds, admissions verification, census updates, and payer changes. The role also handles documentation, collections follow-up, mail distribution, office training support, and communication with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders while maintaining compliance with healthcare and financial policies.

Provide charge nurse leadership by directing nurse aides, administering medications, implementing care plans and treatments, transcribing physician orders, documenting nursing assessments, participating in shift reports, educating staff on policies, maintaining infection-control and safety standards, and coordinating staffing replacements as needed.
