Greet visitors, answer and route incoming calls, manage mail and office supplies, maintain office equipment, assist with I-9 and personnel file audits, and provide general clerical support to ensure smooth office operations.

Prepare, assemble, and deliver meals and meal carts; follow menus and standardized recipes; portion and serve meals; rotate and manage supplies; sanitize dishes and equipment; dispose of refuse per policy; support cleanliness, food safety, and resident satisfaction in a team environment.

Lead and coordinate nursing care on assigned shifts, supervise nurse aides, administer medications, transcribe physician orders, perform treatments and assessments, document resident care, educate staff on policies, ensure infection-control and safety, and arrange replacement staff when needed.
