Provide chairside assistance to the orthodontist, prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments, capture patient records (X-rays, photos, impressions), educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care, ensure patient comfort, and support clinical and front-office staff as needed.

Assist the orthodontist with clinical procedures, take digital X-rays/impressions/scans/photos, place and remove appliances, maintain infection control, document treatment notes, manage inventory, educate patients on appliance care, and deliver excellent patient experiences in a fast-paced orthodontic practice.

Provide clinical support to orthodontists across four locations: assist with bonding, debonding, wire adjustments, impressions/scans, X-rays, Invisalign attachments, patient education, recordkeeping, and instrument sterilization. Must travel between offices and deliver efficient, patient-focused care in a fast-paced practice.
