Provides comprehensive orthodontic care for children, adolescents, and adults, including diagnosis, treatment planning, fixed appliances, clear aligners, progress monitoring, debonding, and retention. Reviews diagnostic records, coordinates interdisciplinary care, educates patients and families, maintains clinical documentation, and collaborates with orthodontic teams. Requires dental and orthodontic specialty credentials, Texas licensure, and strong clinical judgment.

Handles medical and dental insurance verification, benefit estimates, prior authorizations, referrals, claims submission, denial follow-up, appeals, and coverage questions. Maintains accurate patient insurance records while communicating with patients, carriers, and clinical staff. Supports scheduling and patient experience, manages multiple cases and deadlines, and protects patient information under HIPAA requirements.

Provides chairside orthodontic assistance, including bracket adjustments, appliance delivery, retainer bonding, digital scanning, X-rays, photography, and retainer fabrication. Prepares patients, explains appliance care, maintains accurate records, follows sterilization and infection-control protocols, and supports efficient clinical operations. Requires Texas RDA certification and at least one year of orthodontic experience.

Assists the orthodontist during patient visits, prepares and sterilizes treatment areas and instruments, takes X-rays, photos, and digital scans after training, educates patients, maintains accurate records, and provides friendly patient care. The role requires dependable attendance, availability at both office locations, strong communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn. Prior orthodontic or dental experience is preferred but not required, with hands-on training provided.
