Teams at Five Keys Schools and Programs

Supervises the Downtown Street Clean Team, drives a truck with mounted pressure-washing equipment, assigns crews and work locations, conducts safety meetings, enforces PPE and workplace policies, inspects work areas, responds to citizen concerns, coordinates equipment maintenance, supports training, and completes administrative duties. The role requires outdoor work in varying weather, safe vehicle operation, crew leadership, clear communication, and collaboration with vulnerable and diverse communities.

Provide psychoeducational assessments, write psychological reports, develop and implement IEP mental health goals, deliver individual/group counseling, support FBAs/BIPs, consult with multidisciplinary teams, maintain data systems, and travel frequently to correctional, reentry, and community education sites to support historically underserved students ages 16-22.

Lead and manage Five Keys' Grants and Contracts Development department, overseeing opportunity identification, proposal development, submission, and post-award compliance. Build and maintain a grants pipeline and management database, partner with Finance/HR/Program teams, supervise staff, use AI and research platforms for sourcing and writing, and provide strategic guidance to maximize funding and support organizational growth.
