Teams at Five Keys Schools and Programs

Oversees school psychological services, including recruiting and supervising interns, supporting School Psychologists, coordinating assessments and counseling, participating in IEP and multidisciplinary meetings, and ensuring compliance with special education regulations. The role provides psychoeducational assessment, behavioral support, consultation, training, documentation oversight, and collaboration with educators, families, universities, and community agencies. Travel across community sites and statewide meetings may be required.

Provides in-person digital literacy coaching, technical support, workshops, and career-readiness assistance to adult learners and system-impacted individuals. Helps participants use devices, email, internet platforms, accounts, and job applications; maintains records, conducts intake and follow-up, and supports welcoming digital access spaces. The role requires trauma-informed communication, adaptable instruction, troubleshooting skills, travel among community and jail sites, and successful jail clearance.

Supervises the Downtown Street Clean Team, drives a truck with mounted pressure-washing equipment, assigns crews and work locations, conducts safety meetings, enforces PPE and workplace policies, inspects work areas, responds to citizen concerns, coordinates equipment maintenance, supports training, and completes administrative duties. The role requires outdoor work in varying weather, safe vehicle operation, crew leadership, clear communication, and collaboration with vulnerable and diverse communities.
