Teams at Five Keys Schools and Programs

Lead and manage Five Keys' Grants and Contracts Development department, overseeing opportunity identification, proposal development, submission, and post-award compliance. Build and maintain a grants pipeline and management database, partner with Finance/HR/Program teams, supervise staff, use AI and research platforms for sourcing and writing, and provide strategic guidance to maximize funding and support organizational growth.

Provide special education services for transitional-aged students (15–22) in custody and community settings: deliver push-in/pull-out instruction, manage IEPs, lead IEP meetings, administer diagnostics, maintain records per SELPA/state/federal law, collaborate with staff, and ensure student safety.

Provide psychoeducational assessments, write psychological reports, develop and implement IEP mental health goals, deliver individual/group counseling, support FBAs/BIPs, consult with multidisciplinary teams, maintain data systems, and travel frequently to correctional, reentry, and community education sites to support historically underserved students ages 16-22.
