Administers workers’ compensation claims by analyzing payroll and wage data, preparing state-specific forms, maintaining claim records, coordinating with employees and external stakeholders, supporting return-to-work and accommodation efforts, reviewing claims for closure, authorizing payments, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The role also supports hearings, subrogation, injury reporting, policy development, and workers’ compensation program improvements.

Supports full-cycle, high-volume accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, coding, payment execution, vendor management, reconciliations, 1099 reporting, month-end close, audit support, and internal controls. The role resolves payment issues, maintains vendor records, prepares AP reporting, improves workflows, and uses automation and AI-enabled tools to increase accuracy and efficiency. It also provides AP process guidance and collaborates with accounting, procurement, operations, property management, vendors, and leadership.

Analyze and visualize digital channel performance, build dashboards in Power BI, consolidate multi-vendor data, apply AI agents and tools to automate reporting, derive insights to optimize marketing spend across DSP, loyalty, and CRM channels, and forecast performance to inform strategy.
