Lead front-end operations to deliver excellent customer service, train and supervise crew, achieve customer service score goals, manage merchandising and store opening/closing, maintain cleanliness and safety, perform store manager duties in manager's absence, and handle register and stock-room tasks.

Provide friendly, fast customer service, drive sales through product knowledge and suggestive selling, maintain stocked and organized merchandise, operate register, resolve customer issues, and support team and store goals while working flexible schedules.

Lead and supervise store associates to deliver excellent customer service, run daily store operations (opening/closing, cash handling), support receiving and merchandising, train and onboard staff, drive sales, maintain store cleanliness, and act as manager on duty when needed.
