Leads the Legal Department’s operating model, technology strategy, process improvement, budgeting, vendor and outside-counsel management, analytics, AI governance, knowledge management, and corporate entity operations. Partners cross-functionally to improve legal service delivery, automate workflows, manage spend, develop self-service tools, establish responsible AI practices, and drive adoption of new processes and platforms across a growing retail enterprise.

Lead and optimize end-to-end domestic inbound transportation across multiple modes. Manage carrier relationships, monitor KPIs, execute daily freight operations in TMS, resolve service disruptions, drive cost-saving and network optimization, partner cross-functionally, and mentor logistics staff.

Lead design and operation of an enterprise-wide regulatory compliance program focused on product safety, labeling, chemical compliance, imports, and broader corporate compliance. Advise cross-functional teams, monitor federal/state regulations, manage recalls and regulatory responses, develop training, and support anti-corruption, privacy, trade, and responsible sourcing compliance across a global retail supply chain.
