Coordinates recruiting and onboarding processes, maintains the applicant tracking system, supports candidate sourcing and communication, processes background checks, coordinates new hire activities and university career fairs, manages recruiting travel and materials, and partners with recruiters, hiring managers, trainers, and HR to optimize the candidate experience.

Develop new transportation sales pipeline through cold-calling, emailing, networking and prospecting. Qualify shipper needs, prepare pricing and bids, negotiate rates, and collaborate with carrier operations and account management to deliver service across all transportation modes.

Manages LTL customer and carrier operations, including shipment quoting, scheduling, bid entry, account monitoring, conflict resolution, invoicing support, and customer relationship development. Serves as the primary contact for multiple accounts while identifying growth opportunities, resolving issues quickly, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced logistics environment.
