Lead studio performance across sales, client experience, team leadership, and daily operations. Drive membership sales, manage lead conversion, coach front desk and instructors, oversee scheduling and operations, execute marketing and reporting, and maintain high-touch member service and studio standards.

Support media relations for health, wellness, fitness, and performance brands: draft and distribute press materials, conduct media and creator outreach, secure placements, support events, monitor coverage, create client reports, maintain media lists, and assist account teams with research and administrative tasks.

Lead AIIR’s creator practice by developing strategy, systems, relationships, campaign frameworks, and scalable processes. Manage creator campaigns end to end, including outreach, contracting, budgets, execution, tracking, reporting, and performance optimization. Advise clients, negotiate usage and exclusivity terms, oversee affiliate programs, collaborate with PR and paid media teams, support new business, and mentor or hire creator team members.
