Lead paid acquisition and growth strategy, manage multi-channel paid budgets, build growth operating model and measurement frameworks, run creative and channel experiments, partner cross-functionally, forecast and monitor unit economics (CAC, LTV), and scale acquisition using analytics and AI tools.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief People and Experience Officer and CFO: manage complex calendars, travel, communications, meeting materials, events, and cross-functional project follow-up while maintaining confidentiality and proactively solving problems.

Proactively identify and engage prospective customers in medical, academic, health/wellness, or fitness sectors to meet sales quotas. Demonstrate and sell clinical-grade metabolic assessment products, build and maintain client relationships, track interactions in CRM, follow sales strategies and KPIs, research market opportunities, and travel for business and tradeshows.
