Design responsive web experiences, reusable design-system components and modular Contentful pages. Lead workshops, use research and analytics to improve conversion, collaborate with product, marketing, sales and development teams, and oversee implementation and QA. The role requires strong product design craft, commercial thinking, accessibility awareness and stakeholder leadership.

Responsibilities include advertising, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, pre-employment checks, talent pipeline development, recruitment sessions, stakeholder partnership, and using recruitment insights to improve hiring outcomes, candidate experience, employer branding, and time to hire. The role supports vacancies across Greater Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and the Sunshine Coast with some travel required.
