Own outbound sales end to end for an AI-powered lifestyle coaching startup. Build multi-channel prospecting systems, research and personalize outreach, cold call, book qualified meetings, manage follow-up, and maintain pipeline momentum through decisions. Create lead-nurturing marketing content and own CRM reporting. The role requires startup SDR experience, AI-native workflows, strong follow-through, comfort with manual prospecting, and the ability to operate independently without an existing playbook.

Own end-to-end outbound GTM: build target lists, run deliverable multi-channel campaigns (email/LinkedIn/SMS), use AI for personalization, book and qualify meetings, manage pipeline to close, run conference outreach, and optionally build marketing to keep leads warm.

Founding Growth Marketer will own consumer acquisition: run Meta paid social, produce and test high-volume creative, build and optimize landing pages and funnels, maintain tracking and blended CAC, grow organic channels (SEO, social, community), and automate reporting and operations using AI. Work directly with the founder to set strategy and report weekly.
