Support and coach franchisees and studio teams across F45 and FS8 to drive membership growth, ensure operational and brand compliance, deliver education and marketing guidance, analyze performance data, and mentor new studios through openings and resale activities while undertaking regular travel.

Lead and mentor the APAC Network Performance Management team and support franchisees and studio teams to drive membership growth, operational compliance, marketing alignment, reporting, education, and profit improvement. Provide coaching, audits, process development, onboarding/timetabling guidance, local marketing support, and assistance with openings/resales. Travel and out-of-hours work as required; report to the APAC General Manager.
