Advises senior management on employment law, manages complex disciplinary and grievance matters, oversees recruitment processes and hiring deadlines, and manages HR and recruitment staff. Also develops appraisal systems, recruitment materials, induction support, retention initiatives, succession planning, and HR-related projects such as restructures.
