Implements and maintains ERP and financial systems for clients, including system evaluation, integration planning, data migration, reporting, analytics, troubleshooting, and process improvement. Consults with clients on solution selection, provides training and user support, ensures data integrity, and manages implementation timelines and deliverables. The role requires strong analytical, communication, documentation, and project management skills, with opportunities to work across industries and cloud-based platforms.

Own relationships with a portfolio of long-term clients, serving as the primary contact and advocate. Communicate project progress, manage expectations, monitor service levels, identify and resolve dissatisfaction, escalate delivery issues, and ensure client priorities are addressed. Identify and develop opportunities for additional services, support renewals, and contribute to account growth while partnering closely with internal delivery teams.
