Designs, analyzes, lays out, debugs, and tests electrical hardware for aerospace and defense products, including ground stations and battery management systems. Responsibilities include PCB schematics and layouts, cable harnesses, power and signal integrity, component selection, BOM and part-list management, FPGA floor planning, vendor coordination, manufacturing support, ECO documentation, and regulatory compliance. The role works cross-functionally and may mentor junior engineers or manage projects.

Leads program finance for four business units, managing seven analysts and overseeing budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, EVMS, ERP deliverables, audits, and process improvements. Partners with program and functional teams to monitor cost, schedule, contract compliance, and financial health. Owns forecasting and long-range planning for orders, revenue, profit, and cash flow while training and developing finance staff.

Leads aerospace and defense product development programs from inception through completion, managing cost, schedule, technical performance, financial objectives, customer relationships, proposals, contracts, milestones, and cross-functional teams. Supports business capture, product qualification, engineering integration and testing, and customer reviews. Requires U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a Secret security clearance, with up to 10% travel and full-time onsite work.
