Measure adoption, address resistance and skill gaps, support AI governance, and convert successful practices into reusable playbooks and standards.

Researches, posts, applies, and reconciles cash receipts from lockboxes, wires, credit cards, and checks. Manages unallocated cash, client trust accounts, write-offs, reversals, credit card processing, payment discrepancies, audit documentation, and vendor information. Identifies process improvements and supports efficient accounting operations while working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Provides front-desk and administrative support for a law firm, including phone and visitor management, mail and package distribution, conference room scheduling, office organization, document and file handling, log maintenance, and confidential communication. Supports attorneys and staff with clerical tasks, client interactions, document preparation, and office equipment operation while maintaining a professional reception environment.
