Partners with attorneys, outside counsel, vendors, and business units on litigation, investigations, regulatory matters, and breach response. Uses review platforms and Microsoft Purview to manage legal holds, searches, collections, case workflows, and quality control while contributing to training and information governance improvements.

Coordinates AI and data governance across Innovation, IT, Security, Privacy, Legal, and business teams. Leads information governance assessments, evidence collection, remediation tracking, policy updates, data lifecycle standards, stewardship, privacy, retention, access, and DLP requirements. Maintains AI inventory and governance records, translates requirements into platform workflows, reports risks and progress, manages staff, and supports responsible AI adoption and compliance reviews.

Processes law firm billing rate requests, maintains client and matter data in Aderant, reviews attorney pre-bills, coordinates rate changes, supports client intake and rate programming, tracks hours, prepares reports, performs data entry, and contributes to process improvements.
