Partners with Customer Operations and senior leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, scenario analysis, performance reporting, and commercial decision-making. Translates financial data into actionable insights, challenges assumptions, identifies performance improvement opportunities, and advances reporting automation and processes. Builds trusted relationships across finance, distribution, service, demand planning, and global operations teams.

Leads the integration of brand strategy, design, content, and creative execution across global markets and channels. Coordinates cross-functional initiatives, campaigns, product launches, and stakeholder priorities while developing brand systems, playbooks, toolkits, and exemplars. Translates strategic direction into consistent, compelling digital and physical brand experiences and helps maintain high-quality brand expression across the organization.

Conduct product safety and compliance engineering for appliances across global markets. Interpret regulatory requirements, coordinate internal and external laboratory testing, lead testing activities, and ensure products meet safety standards. Liaise with product development teams, manufacturers, suppliers, regulatory authorities, and laboratories. Provide training and support while maintaining thorough documentation and ensuring projects meet required timelines and compliance obligations.
