Supports global category managers with indirect procurement execution, including RFQs, supplier onboarding, master data maintenance, catalogue content, pricing, and purchasing platform administration. The role ensures contracted suppliers and categories are accurately represented in GEP, enabling compliant on-contract buying. Responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers and internal requestors, tracking spend and catalogue data, resolving content gaps, and escalating issues appropriately. Experience with Excel, P2P or ERP systems, catalogues, punch-outs, and indirect or multi-site procurement is preferred.

Develops clear, compelling product messaging by translating technical product information, customer insights, and proof points into customer-focused stories. Creates copy and content briefs for web, e-commerce, SEO, AI search, retail, and sales channels. Collaborates with Product, Marketing, Digital, Legal, and Brand teams while maintaining structured product knowledge for global reuse.

Leads the integration of brand strategy, design, content, and creative execution across global markets and channels. Coordinates cross-functional initiatives, campaigns, product launches, and stakeholder priorities while developing brand systems, playbooks, toolkits, and exemplars. Translates strategic direction into consistent, compelling digital and physical brand experiences and helps maintain high-quality brand expression across the organization.
