Lead new product introductions, tooling and die design, continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and process troubleshooting. Collaborate with production, quality, metallurgy, safety, and sales teams to reduce waste, improve efficiency, enhance safety, and support new product launches from prototype through full-scale production.

Develops and improves cost-effective manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and production methods. Coordinates product launches and cross-functional process improvement initiatives while analyzing plant performance data, optimizing equipment and processes, and validating project outcomes. Provides technical support in process simulation, modeling, risk analysis, and optimization. Requires collaboration with operations, quality, R&D, management, and technical sales, along with adherence to safety and quality systems.

Leads the Zenith Cutter Industrial Knife sales function, overseeing territory sales, inside sales, business development, and customer service teams. Develops growth strategies, sales plans, pricing and channel programs, forecasts, CRM processes, KPIs, and executive reporting. Builds customer relationships, drives profitable revenue growth, supports strategic accounts, resolves escalated issues, and coaches sales leaders while collaborating across marketing, operations, and business units.
