Manage client support requests through email, phone, and chat; troubleshoot issues; coordinate with Product and Engineering; maintain the knowledge base; analyze support interaction data; track resolutions; recommend process and software improvements; and deliver empathetic, high-quality service. The role requires strong communication, prioritization, technical problem-solving, and familiarity with Zendesk or similar help desk platforms.

Supports client-facing technical issues, escalates bugs, monitors production systems, troubleshoots web and email problems, updates backend data, and contributes to software features, data pipelines, APIs, and responsive applications. Works cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, QA, and Data teams while developing skills in web technologies, SQL, cloud environments, accessibility, and generative AI.

Leads editorial vision and newsroom coverage of politics, campaigns, Congress, and federal government branches across CQ Roll Call platforms. Manages editors and reporters, determines print and digital content, coordinates production and assignment teams, provides coaching and feedback, edits stories and newsletters, and moderates panels, webinars, podcasts, and other events.
