Generate qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, account research, discovery-call booking, CRM management, and sales-team support. The role targets institutional investors and fintech companies, requiring consistent activity performance, accurate records, strong communication, resilience, and collaboration with account executives and partnership representatives.

Own product quality for Fiscal.ai’s financial research Terminal by reproducing and fixing full-stack bugs, building Playwright end-to-end testing in CI, writing unit and integration tests, debugging frontend, backend, and data issues, and creating quality and debugging playbooks. The role requires TypeScript, React, Next.js, strong financial-data understanding, subscription and paywall testing experience, and interest in AI technologies.

Leads Fiscal.ai’s entire go-to-market organization across sales, marketing, customer success, account management, and partnerships. Owns revenue across new business, expansion, and retention; manages sales strategy, hiring, quotas, forecasting, strategic accounts, enterprise deals, and partnerships. Builds scalable processes beyond founder-led sales, drives customer adoption and renewals, shapes positioning and demand generation, and provides customer insight to product and engineering. The role requires hands-on selling to institutional investors and fintech companies, regular travel, and leadership from Toronto or exceptional candidates in New York.

Owns day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, variance analysis, payroll, accounts receivable and payable, capitalization table administration, and IFRS compliance. The role supports audits, tax activities, board reporting, internal controls, accounting policies, and process improvements while serving as the primary Finance contact across the company.
