Provides first- and second-level technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues. Installs and maintains computer equipment, peripherals, applications, updates, and patches. Supports user training, documentation, security compliance, network tasks, and IT improvement initiatives. Participates in IT projects and on-call support while traveling to bank offices and branches as needed.

Supports the bank’s BSA, AML, and OFAC compliance programs through transaction monitoring, investigations, data analysis, trend identification, systems testing and tuning, risk management, regulatory reporting, and compliance education. The role communicates with bankers and customers, advises business lines, contributes to compliance projects, and prepares reports meeting internal and regulatory standards.

Supervises universal bankers and tellers while ensuring excellent customer service, regulatory compliance, transaction accuracy, cash controls, audits, branch coverage, and security procedures. Coaches and trains staff, manages schedules, resolves discrepancies, supports sales and referral goals, opens deposit accounts, sells consumer credit products, and assists branch management with business development and strategic initiatives.
